Quote requests are not confirmed bookings

Submitting a form or requesting service from Steadwell is a request for quote and availability review. A requested appointment is not fully confirmed until your quote is accepted, a cleaner accepts the job, and Steadwell sends final confirmation.

Pricing

Pricing is based on the home details and service information you provide. If the actual condition, scope, or access requirements differ from the request, Steadwell may revise the recommended service or quote before booking is finalized.

Communication

By submitting your information, you agree that Steadwell may contact you by email or text message about your quote request, scheduling, reminders, and appointment updates. Message frequency varies.

Payments

No payment is collected through the quote request form itself. Payment timing and method are provided after the quote and booking details are finalized.

Service availability

Service dates and arrival windows are subject to cleaner availability, service area fit, and operational review. Steadwell may decline or reschedule requests that fall outside the service lane or do not match the submitted scope.
